CF METCON

The main dish of our sport. Classes that take metabolic conditioning to the next level in a combination of all basic physical abilities. They will challenge you physically and mentally so that you can both "suffer" and enjoy together with us.

GYMNASTICS

Do you want to face your own body weight? Come to our gymnastics classes where we will help you learn typical movements of sports gymnastics and its variants applied to CrossFit: walking on the hands, pull-ups, climbing the rope and much more!

CF ENDURANCE

Do you enjoy listening to your heart beat to the maximum? Our endurance classes are for you. We will test your cardiovascular performance without forgetting in true CrossFit style using our machines, capes, weights, or your own body!

BASICS

They will be much more than initiation classes. We will delve into the technique of the fundamental movements of CrossFit, helping you to get those lagging basics and master movements as important as the squat. Small group classes where we can pay attention to every detail.

MOBILITY

Is it a challenge to do a deep squat? Try our mobility classes where we will help you improve your motor control, active mobility and prevent injuries.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Still do not know what is a start and a two-stroke? Do you like to move heavy irons? In this class you will learn and perfect the bases of Olympic Weightlifting and its adaptation in CrossFit. Don't be resisted by a Snatch again!

CROSSLIFE

In these small weekly spaces we will teach you basic, but fundamental, questions of nutrition, recovery, rest, or how to organize yourself outside and inside the box to improve as quickly as possible.

OPENBOX

Here you will have the box at your disposal either to do some wod on your own, practice that movement that you resist, or lift heavy. Although it is a free class, that is, it is not directed by a coach, do not hesitate to ask your closest coach any questions, although he is probably already supervising you in the shadows!

STRENGTH

Do you think muscle is merely aesthetic or is strength a matter of elite athletes? Nothing further from fitness. Muscle is also an indicator of health and strength is the foundation of everything. These classes are aimed at gaining muscle mass, strength and, of course, technique and control of external loads.
